A wonderful 10 days meditation retreat for all those people who want to learn and experience the vipassana meditation technique which is about learning how to dissolve negative patterns stored in your subconscious mind, which in many cases, are the cause of physical illness or mental barriers that do not let you achieve the goals you set. This retreat will truly teach you to generate profound changes in your life!

If you are looking to make a drastic possitive change in your life, this retreat is for you! Here you will learn how the mind works and experience how to get rid of the negative subconcious patterns of the mind that are driving your life; you will become aware of your True Self!

A retreat course to learn different meditation techniques (mainly Vipassana) that will help you purify your mind, improve your health, concentration and work performance. You will be able to increase your energy levels and reduce your stress and anxiety levels.

What will you learn:

  1. How to enter in a meditative state using different methods depending on different situations.
  2. How to go deeper into meditation very quickly learning how to use the balancing factors during meditation (coaching is provided at all times).
  3. How to dissolve thought patterns from the subconscious mind and eradicate negative ones.
  4. How to use meditation to heal chronic stress and illnesses.
  5. How to overcome strong emotions such as fear, anger, guilt, shame, etc.
  6. You will understand the energy work dynamics in our body & mind at an experiential level.
  7. You will also realize at the experiential level how illness is created in the body due to negative thoughts in the mind.
  8. How meditation can make a difference in your life, releasing your inner conflicts to optimize all your unlimited creativity.

Course Structure:

The retreat course has 100 effective meditation hours subdivided into 3 major stages or sections.

First section for 3 days to prepare the mind and the body doing meditation to develop the concentration and start getting the attention inwards in preparation for the second stage of the retreat. As a result, a purification process starts on the second day.

Second section for 5 days focused on the practice of vipassana meditation, an ancient Buddhist technique to go deeper inwards and learn how to purify the mind from negative subconscious patterns. A major purification process occurs as a result, especially in the final days of this stage which is preparing participants for the final section.

Third section of the retreat is 1 and a half day focused on the practice of the Spiritual Heart activation which also is called the Higher Self, Inner Self, Higher Consciousness, Intuitive Intelligence, etc. This stage is possible due to the previous two sections which helped dissolved an important layer of the subconscious mind enough so that at this final stage we can easily re activate that inner connection.

The teaching model is constructivist, ensuring that each participant can learn and perfect the techniques learned regardless of whether they are at a basic or intermediate level. Participants are supported throughout the retreat with optional daily coaching sessions.

This meditation retreat starts Friday 14th August at 5:00 pm and ends Monday 15th at 8:00 am. A total of 10 days with effective meditation time of 9 days.

Course Teaching:

The meditation course is designed for beginner and intermediate level and for all ages over 14 years.

The practices are supported by the scientific advances of the last 15 years, considered an important aspect to understand how the meditation techniques work.

The teaching style is personalized, with a constant orientation and correction of everyone´s practice, taking into account the individual needs of each participant in a safe and pleasant environment.

The course is 90% practical and also includes basic theoretical aspects about the teaching of meditation, yoga and scientific advances.

Participation & Accreditation:

All course participants receive a certificate of participation for 100 effective hours of learning meditation, given by DHRIM Spain. This certificate is not valid for university credits.

To be beneficiaries of the certificate issued by DHRIM Spain, participants are required to complete 100% of the meditation retreat course.

Requirements to participate in this meditation course:

Those interested in participating in the meditation retreat must have good overall health, both physically and emotionally, enough to complete this course with the focus and dedication it requires. People who have an illness can still request their participation, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Why is this retreat a good option? +

    We are spiritual beings living a human life with subconscious limitations, seeking happiness, well-being and peace with high levels of consciousness. In general, the human being has the tendency to look for this, to be happy.

    However, in life, it is difficult for many to learn to cope well with all types of problems or difficulties that arise, causing in many cases that diseases occur.

    These 10-day meditation retreats are designed so that people can depart from their lives for this short time and learn meditation techniques that they can then use in daily life and undertake a style or way of life that will lead them to be happier.

    Another benefit of the retreat is that the participants manage to experience for themselves their spirituality, their divinity; They realize that they are more than a physical body. This is an awakening in consciousness that few do in their lives.

  • What is provided on this Retreat? +

    The Foundation retreats are organized with a similar scheme that takes the participant from a very basic position, practically without previous knowledge, to an intermediate or advanced state in 10 days. In the case of people who have previous experience, they are asked to perform more advanced practices, ending the retreat very motivated because they get to learn much more. This motivates them to repeat a retreat and continue learning!

    Withdrawals are usually offered starting on a Friday, in a secluded place in the city. Accommodation and meals are provided. This will be explained in the same specific retirement booklet with their respective dates and places.

    All withdrawals include the following:

    1. 9 full days of multiple meditation sessions.
    2. 10 days of accommodation. Guided meditations and personalized support.
    3. Talks organized from a scientific perspective.
    4. Homemade vegetarian or vegan meals.

  • What are the retreat schedules? +

    Generally, withdrawals begin on Friday at 6pm and continue until Monday of the following week, ending the withdrawal in the morning.

    In some cases, participants are allowed to finish on Sunday to be able to restart your normal activities on Monday.

    Depending on the type of withdrawal, more demanding or relaxed schedules are maintained. In the case of the Meditation Retreat and Vipassana, you can see the schedules in the guide of these retreats, starting at 4 in the morning with several meditation sessions throughout the day until 9 at night. They go to bed and get up early. This is because it was scientifically proven that the best use of sleep is between 10pm to 4am.

    In the case of the retreat of meditation of the Spiritual Heart, the schedule is a bit more relaxed, starting at 7am and ending at 9pm.

Anna Kalyani has been practising Yoga & Shiatsu for many years. She has spent the last 8 years going deeper into her Yoga and Meditation practise, visiting different Ashrams, attending courses and studying within different traditions internationally. She is a Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher since 2014. In her classes she fuses Sivinanda, Iyengar & Ashtanga traditions with Chinese Meridian Stretching and Vipassana, always encouraging us to begin a deep dialogue with the self.
