Course Structure:
The course includes 15 effective teaching hours subdivided into 5 modules that are taught in a weekend. The teaching model is constructivist, ensuring that each participant can learn and perfect the techniques learned regardless of whether they are at a basic or intermediate level.
The course starts on Saturday, January 18 at 9AM until 7PM. Sunday, January 19, continues at 9AM and ends at 4PM. Food and snacks are included.
Practices Learned:
General breathing technique of awareness.
Abdominal breathing technique with emphasis on exhalation (Kapalavati)
Abdominal breathing technique with emphasis on inhalation
Alternate breathing technique with / without retention (biloma annuloma)
Breathing technique for activating the connection with the Higher Self or Inner Being.
Fear mitigation breathing technique
Yoga position techniques (asanas) combined with breathing
Breathing techniques combined with meditation
Application of breathing techniques to:
Resolution of conflicts with other people
Dissolution of subconscious mental barriers
Increase the vital energy of the body
Harmonize the body's energy field
Heal some physical illness of the body
Course Teaching:
The course is designed for beginner and intermediate level and for all ages over 14 years.
The practices are supported by the scientific advances of the last 15 years, considered an important aspect to understand how breathing techniques work.
The teaching style is personalized, with a constant orientation and correction of everyone in the practices learned, taking into account the individual needs of each participant in a safe and pleasant environment.
The course is 80% practical and also includes basic theoretical aspects about the teaching of pranayama, yoga and scientific advances.

Clothing:
It is required to present the course with loose clothes, not tight to be relaxed. The place has a changing room where they can change clothes to be more comfortable.

Participation:
To be beneficiaries of the certificate issued by DHRIM Spain, participants are required to complete 80% of the course. That is, it is required that they participate on Saturday and Sunday and may withdraw for a few moments for personal cases.
Accreditation:
All course participants receive a certificate of course participation for 15 effective hours of learning, endorsed by DHRIM Spain. This certificate is not valid for university credits.
Requirements to participate in the Course:
Those interested in participating in the course must have good overall health, both physically and emotionally, to complete this course with the focus and dedication it requires. People who have an illness can still request their participation, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
