    Anyone can participate, it is open to everyone. These challenges are generally organized every two months or when you start a Conscious Creation course.     Antoaneta Gotea

    Antoaneta Maria Gotea was born in July 1972, in Bucharest, Romania. Memories of his early age about his father practicing complicated physical exercises (known in yoga as uddiyana bandha) and unusual breathing (pranayama) synergistically connected with his mother's teachings on the existence of subtle bodies and reincarnation, and this flourished later in true spirituality. aspiration.

    Her search for an authentic spiritual path led her at the age of 21 to a yoga course while studying at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. She studied Raja yoga, Mahavidya yoga, and Kashmir Shaivism at a yoga school in Romania. In 1997 she started leading women's groups to practice Mahavidya yoga, her favorite branch of yoga.

    The first encounter with meditation was in 2000 when she joined her partner, Sahajananda, for a meditation retreat in one of the remote caves of the Romanian countryside. The 3 weeks he spent in solitude and silence made him understand for the first time how difficult it is to calm the mind, how much discipline and perseverance it is necessary to have to deepen meditation and what determination is needed for those who aspire to know the truth. The confrontation with herself was harsh but she woke up. After this experience, a deep longing for solitude and meditation awakened in her. The following year she rejoined her companion in the cave for a second remote meditation retreat. The deep happiness he felt when he returned to the same cave where the first glimpses of meditation appeared is very difficult to describe. Another significant retreat was an 18-day kaya kalpa (dark retreat) retreat that he did together with Sahajananda.

    She has continued on the path of meditation by joining the Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreats led by Sahajananda in Romania, Mexico and Thailand.

    In 2008, she graduated from a 500-hour teacher training course and began teaching in Thailand and Romania.

    In 2010, he had a great opportunity to get more in touch with the depth of Tibetan Buddhism when he attended the Dalai Lama's teachings in Bodhgaya, the 10-day Phowa retreat with Grandmaster Ayang Rinpoche, and the meditation course "The Art of happy life. " with Mingyur Rinpoche at Tergar Monastery in Bodhgaya, India. Since that time, Buddhist teachings on compassion and bodhichitta have been fused with the Hridaya yoga practice based on the non-dual teachings of the great sage of Arunachala, Ramana Maharshi.

    In 2011, Sahajananda and Antoaneta, working together, gave birth to the first Hridaya Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training Course. She had the great opportunity to be the coordinator of the first HTTC and also to teach an incredible group of students, lovers of meditation.

    And the spiritual journey continues... Meditation retreats continue... Meditation is a continuous transformation of the mind. Until the mind becomes completely internal and sinks into its source, which is the Spiritual Heart (Hridaya), effort is necessary.

    Servant of God, she began her spiritual practice in 2012 as a Yoga practitioner in different schools, connecting from that moment with breathing courses, Vipasana retreats and other meditation courses.
    Holistic therapist, studied and learned the technique of Thai Yoga Massage (training) in São Paulo, Brazil, at the ITM (International Trainning Massage school) and has been practicing and teaching this technique along with other holistic healing therapies (Reiki, Bioenergy, Ayurvedic massage, alignment of Chakras, Tui Na massage, Foot reflexology, Shiatsu, Lymphatic drains, Tao) for several years now in different cities in Bolivia and South America. She is also a Hatha Yoga teacher - started at the Sivananda Yoga School - and regularly is a staff member of the TTC’s (Teacher Training Course) and ATTC (Advanced Teacher Training Course) of the Yoga Sivananda South America organization. Currently she continues to share the classic teachings of her Masters at the Yoga Love Center (Tarija, Bolivia), where she serves as director.     Course Structure:

    The retreat course has 100 effective meditation hours subdivided into 3 major stages or sections.

    First section for 3 days to prepare the mind and the body doing meditation to develop the concentration and start getting the attention inwards in preparation for the second stage of the retreat. As a result, a purification process starts on the second day.

    Second section for 5 days focused on the practice of vipassana meditation, an ancient Buddhist technique to go deeper inwards and learn how to purify the mind from negative subconscious patterns. A major purification process occurs as a result, especially in the final days of this stage which is preparing participants for the final section.

    Third section of the retreat is 1 and a half day focused on the practice of the Spiritual Heart activation which also is called the Higher Self, Inner Self, Higher Consciousness, Intuitive Intelligence, etc. This stage is possible due to the previous two sections which helped dissolved an important layer of the subconscious mind enough so that at this final stage we can easily re activate that inner connection.

    The teaching model is constructivist, ensuring that each participant can learn and perfect the techniques learned regardless of whether they are at a basic or intermediate level. Participants are supported throughout the retreat with optional daily coaching sessions.

  • Group Meditation for Peace

    The planet is undergoing many positive changes, especially in these months of March - July 2020, managing to define a timeline that is brighter and with a higher frequency in the direction of raising planetary consciousness.

    There is nothing that can stop this development and awaken consciousness, however, it falls on each of us the responsibility to do our work of meditation, awareness, change of habits, purifying ourselves, releasing the ballast that does not leave us be freer and tune into the higher frequencies that are already available on planet earth for everyone who wants to.

    We have to understand that our planet earth is already in an irreversible process of ascending to the fifth dimension. This implies that all living beings that inhabit this planet will have to adjust our energy fields in order to live in harmony with our new environment. This new planetary consciousness requires of us that we be more conscious, that we be lighter, free of obscurities or crystallized energies that do not let us advance in our evolutionary process. We must leave behind those negative patterns of the subconscious that are forced to float now to be dissolved consciously or by force (unconsciously).

    We have to understand that all this that happens (climate changes, coronaviruses, economic reset, mass arrests, rescue of children, sighting of UFOs, etc.) in the planet is the effect of many causes added over the years, product of collective consciousness of all citizens. In other words, this situation that arises is a great opportunity for the population as a whole to heal, to release those dark and / or dense energy crystallizations from the collective subconscious and to manage a positive change towards a better quality of life for all in general. .

    It is important to realize that if we carry this process consciously, through meditation and prayer, we will be accelerating this healing process, in addition to making it much more synchronous without so many difficulties.     The aim of this 8 Week program is to facilitate a space to deepen your relationship and practise of Meditation. We will also be doing Yoga, Yoga enables us to sit for longer periods of time with comfort and ease in the body and unravel old tension and memory stuck in the body. Yoga is also the science of breath control, through awareness and breathing exercises we improve our lung capacity and slow down our breathing, also vital for higher levels of meditation. I can offer recommended books and breathing exercises (pranayama) if you are interested at any stage.

    The body-mind are two sides of the same coin, so therefore it is essential for longer periods of seated meditation to be prepared in the body.

    What you will learn:

      1. How to enter in a meditative state using different methods depending on different situations.
      2. How to go deeper into meditation very quickly learning how to use the balancing factors during meditation (coaching is provided at all times).
      3. How to dissolve thought patterns from the subconscious mind and eradicate negative ones.
      4. How to use meditation to heal chronic stress and illnesses.
      5. How to overcome strong emotions such as fear, anger, guilt, shame, etc.

    As we meditate more we realise that longer periods of meditation are essential for deeper practise, in this case we need a body that can sit in long periods of meditation without needing to move due to pain. Yoga is therefore essential in opening up the hips and bringing the shoulders back and down, so we can sit in ease. Through Yoga we learn breathing techniques which improve our lung capacity, and slow down the heart rate, encouraging more peaceful states of mind. Breathing techniques can also be used to help with agitation of the mind before meditation.

    Course Structure:

    The online course structure is subdivided into 8 weekly modules or sections.

    Meditation:We will be using the Anapana and Vipassana technique of meditation, along with the Spiritual Heart meditation, protection meditation, balancing of masculine and feminine energy and Meta meditation. We start with Anapana meditation technique, focusing our awareness and developing concentration. The Vipassana Meditation technique is about learning how to dissolve negative patterns stored in your subconscious mind, which in many cases, are the cause of physical illness or mental barriers that do not let you achieve the goals you set. It is an effective of purifying crystallised energy stored in the subconscious mind.

    We will also share with you some short meditation practices about how to protect yourself and heal your energy, as well as balancing your masculine and feminine energy. We will also be practising Meta meditation, this is a gratitude practice, of aligning ourselves with love and permeating this through ourselves and the universe, promoting a harmonious and healthy world and aligning ourselves with our future aspirations through conscious creation.

    Yoga: enables us to bring flexibility into the body while marrying the breath with movement. I will be encouraging you to practise long hold yoga postures throughout the program. By this I mean staying 10/20 minutes in one posture. (like a lying down butterfly, hero pose, child’s pose or twist). By staying for longer periods of time in postures, we begin a dialogue with the self, and release accumulated tension and stress in the body. This in term purifies the subconscious mind and is a very therapeutic process.

    The minimum recommendation is 2 Yoga Sessions a week (for example, one led class online with Anna, and one self practise of long hold postures) as well as one Yoga Nidra session a week. The more hours spent in practise, the more quickly we will benefit. For those who have time it is recommended to practise more, for outcome and results reflect the amount of time we put in.

    In the case of advanced people, they mostly focus on basic traditional meditation that we teach in the second section of the course. Here you will learn how to use the skills of meditation developed over the years in different practical applications to bring more awareness to your life and also to help other people.

    The practices are supported by the scientific advances of the last 15 years, considered an important aspect to understand how meditation techniques work.

    Apart from the practical meditations, many of these are complemented by a theoretical audio of 10 to 15 minutes explaining the technique and the key factors to optimize meditation.

    The course is 70% practical and also includes basic theoretical aspects of meditation teaching and scientific advancement.

    Course hours:

    The meditation course is given online at its own pace, that is, each participant decides when to meditate. The course requires 30 to 40 minute meditation sessions and in some cases 50 to 60 minutes due to the specific work being done, for example, in the case of the pact dissolution & karmic agreement meditation session.

    It is recommended to allocate 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night for meditation practices and about 20 minutes of daily instructions on average.

    The course is 70% practical and also includes basic theoretical aspects on the teaching of meditation, yoga and scientific advances.

    Online retreat schedule:

    The retreat begins on Friday, July 3rd, at 18.30-20.00 (UK time), starting with a Zoom online live introduction.
     
    Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July:
    08: 00-10: 00 : Yoga and Meditation
    10.00-10.30 : Break. Free time for breakfast.
    10:30 - 12:30 : Meditation, teachings, questions and answers.
    12.30 : Lunch
    15:30 - 17:30 : Meditation, teachings, questions and answers.

    These hours are fixed for Great Britain. Depending on the country you are, you can adapt to the time in U.K. If you are not sure, let us know, we can assist you!.

    Participation and accreditation:

    At the end of the online course, all participants receive a certificate of participation, endorsed by DHRIM Spain. This certificate is not valid for university credits.

    To be beneficiaries, participants must complete 90% of the meditation and yoga course.

    Participation Fees:

    The regular participation fee is £50. (There are discounts for groups) Those who are students or with financial difficulties have the option of applying for scholarships! Please write us a message. :)

    The extended participation fee also includes 4 follow-up sessions during one month (one weekly) for £65.

    The personalized participation fee in addition to the above, includes 2 personalized coaching sessions for £80.

    Those who wish to financially support the activities we do, we have an annual membership of £500 that includes free access to all online courses, online retreats and all other online events for a year valued at more than 1000 pounds.

    Every Tuesday we meet online over Zoom to benefit from a guided meditation. Participants propose a meditation that has not been done before and we prepare it for the next session.
