Online Meditation and Yoga Retreat (3 - 5 July 2020)
The objective of this online weekend program is to provide a space to deepen your relationship and practice of meditation and yoga. Yoga allows us to sit for longer periods with comfort and ease as well as unravel the old tension and memory trapped in the body. Yoga is also the science of breath control, through awareness and breathing exercises we improve our breathing and also our vital energy for higher levels of meditation. The body-mind are two sides of the same coin, during this online retreat we will learn a simple yet powerful Conscious Breathing technique to disolve stress and recharge ourselves.

What you will learn:
- How to enter a meditative state using different methods depending on the situations you are in.
- How to deepen meditation very quickly by learning how to use balance factors during meditation.
- How to dissolve the thinking patterns of the subconscious mind and eradicate negatives.
- How to use meditation to cure chronic stress and illness.
- How to overcome strong emotions such as fear, anger, guilt, shame, etc.
- You will understand the dynamics of energy work in our body and mind at an experiential level.
- You will also realize on an experiential level how illness is created in the body due to negative thoughts in the mind.
- How meditation can make a difference in your life, freeing your internal conflicts to optimize all your unlimited creativity.
We will use the Anapana and Vipassana meditation technique, along with the spiritual heart meditation, protection meditation, balancing male and female energy, and meta-meditation. We start with the Anapana meditation technique, focusing our consciousness and developing concentration. The Vipassana meditation technique is about learning to dissolve the negative patterns stored in your subconscious mind, which in many cases are the cause of physical illness or mental barriers that prevent you from reaching your stated goals. It is effective in purifying the crystallized energy stored in the subconscious mind.
We will also share with you some short meditation practices on how to protect yourself and heal your aura, as well as balance your male and female energy. We will also practice love & compassion meditation, this is a practice of gratitude, of aligning ourselves with love and permeating this through ourselves and the universe, promoting a harmonious and healthy world and aligning ourselves with our future aspirations through conscious creation.
The teaching model is constructivist, ensuring that each participant can learn the techniques regardless of whether they are at a basic or intermediate level. Throughout the retreat after each meditation session, participants can receive coaching as needed.
This virtual course starts on July 3rd, Friday night and will continue Saturday and Sunday almost all days. In general these are the techniques that are learned and practiced.
- General technique of respiratory awareness. (Anapana)
- Vipassana meditation technique
- Basic yoga practices (to complement sitting meditation)
- Technique of spiritual meditation of the heart
- Rooting to earth meditation
- Meditation for activation of the creative power energy center
Teaching :
This online meditation and yoga course is designed for all levels from beginner to more advanced. Classes are live via Zoom, accompanied by educational material that participants have access to through our eLearning platform on the website.
The practices are supported by scientific discoveries of the last 15 years, considered an important aspect to understand how the meditation techniques work and how yoga contributes to your physical and mental health.
The course is 70% practical and also includes basic theoretical aspects on the teaching of meditation, yoga and scientific advances.
Online retreat schedule:
The retreat begins on Friday, July 3rd, at 18.30-20.00 (UK time), starting with a Zoom online live introduction.
Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July:
08: 00-10: 00 : Yoga and Meditation
10.00-10.30 : Break. Free time for breakfast.
10:30 - 12:30 : Meditation, teachings, questions and answers.
12.30 : Lunch
15:30 - 17:30 : Meditation, teachings, questions and answers.
These hours are fixed for Great Britain. Depending on the country you are, you can adapt to the time in U.K. If you are not sure, let us know, we can assist you!.
Participation and accreditation:
At the end of the online course, all participants receive a certificate of participation, endorsed by DHRIM Spain. This certificate is not valid for university credits.
To be beneficiaries, participants must complete 90% of the meditation and yoga course.
Participation Fees:
The regular participation fee is £50. (There are discounts for groups) Those who are students or with financial difficulties have the option of applying for scholarships! Please write us a message. :)
The extended participation fee also includes 4 follow-up sessions during one month (one weekly) for £65.
The personalized participation fee in addition to the above, includes 2 personalized coaching sessions for £80.
Those who wish to financially support the activities we do, we have an annual membership of £500 that includes free access to all online courses, online retreats and all other online events for a year valued at more than 1000 pounds.

Those interested in participating in this weekend online meditation retreat must be in good general health, both physically and emotionally, enough to complete this course with the focus and dedication it requires.
