Structure of the Course:
The online course comprises 13 effective hours of teaching subdivided into 4 segments that take place over a weekend. The teaching model is constructivist, ensuring that each participant can learn and perfect the techniques learned regardless of whether they are at a basic or intermediate level.
The course starts on Friday, May 22 at 8PM until 10PM (Introduction). On Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Bolivian time and 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Spanish time. Sunday May 24 continues from 9-12AM (Bolivia) and 15:00 to 18:00 in Spain.
Practices Learned:
General awareness breathing technique.
Abdominal breathing technique with emphasis on exhalation (Kapalavati)
Abdominal breathing technique with emphasis on inhalation
Alternate Breathing Technique with / without retention (biloma annuloma)
Breathing technique to activate the connection with the Higher Self or Inner Self.
Fear Relief Breathing Technique
Yoga position techniques (asanas) combined with breathing
Breathing techniques combined with meditation
Application of breathing techniques to:
Conflict resolution with other people
Dissolution of subconscious mental barriers
Increase the body's vital energy
Harmonize the body's energy field
Heal some physical illness of the body
Course Teaching:
The course is designed for beginner and intermediate level and for all ages over 14 years old.
The practices are supported by the scientific advances of the last 15 years, considered an important aspect to understand how breathing techniques work.
The teaching style is personalized, with constant guidance and correction by everyone in the practices learned, taking into account the individual needs of each participant in a safe and pleasant environment.
The course is 80% practical and also includes basic theoretical aspects of teaching pranayama, yoga and scientific advances.
Clothing:
It is required to be connected to the online course with loose clothing, not tight to be relaxed. We will be doing recumbent activities.

Participation:
To be beneficiaries of the certificate issued by DHRIM Spain, participants are required to complete 80% of the course. In other words, they are required to participate on Saturday and Sunday and may withdraw for a few moments for personal cases.
Accreditation:
All course participants receive a course participation certificate for 13 effective hours of learning, endorsed by DHRIM Spain. This certificate is not valid for university credits.
Requirements to participate in the Course:
Those interested in participating in the course must be in good general health, both physically and emotionally, to complete this course with the focus and dedication it requires. People who have a disease can still request their participation, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
