    Here we offer you several guided meditation sessions to help you unravel old stagnant tension and relax your physical body. By following this audio you will learn the science of breath, through awareness and a simple breathing exercise.

    The body-mind are two sides of the same coin, therefore to dissolve stress and recharge ourselves we can work through the physical body and/or the mind.

    Also, we would like to share with you the opportunity to take a beautiful online weekend retreat to learn deeper about transcending your stress levels and experience life from a different level and awareness.

    What you will learn:

    1. How to enter a meditative state using different methods depending on the situations you are in.
    2. How to deepen meditation very quickly by learning how to use balance factors during meditation.
    3. How to dissolve the thinking patterns of the subconscious mind and eradicate negatives.
    4. How to use meditation to cure chronic stress and illness.
    5. How to overcome strong emotions such as fear, anger, guilt, shame, etc.
    6. You will understand the dynamics of energy work in our body and mind at an experiential level.
    7. You will also realize on an experiential level how illness is created in the body due to negative thoughts in the mind.
    8. How meditation can make a difference in your life, freeing your internal conflicts to optimize all your unlimited creativity.

    Teaching:

    This online meditation and yoga course is designed for all levels from beginner to more advanced. Classes are live via Zoom, accompanied by educational material that participants have access to through our eLearning platform on the website.

    The practices are supported by scientific discoveries of the last 15 years, considered an important aspect to understand how the meditation techniques work and how yoga contributes to your physical and mental health.

    The course is 70% practical and also includes basic theoretical aspects on the teaching of meditation, yoga and scientific advances. (more details here!)

    Online retreat schedule:

    The retreat begins on Friday, July 3rd, at 18.30-20.00 (UK time), starting with a Zoom online live introduction. (more details here!)
     
    Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July:
    08: 00-10: 00 : Yoga and Meditation
    10.00-10.30 : Break. Free time for breakfast.
    10:30 - 12:30 : Meditation, teachings, questions and answers.
    12.30 : Lunch
    15:30 - 17:30 : Meditation, teachings, questions and answers.

    These hours are fixed for Great Britain. Depending on the country you are, you can adapt to the time in U.K. If you are not sure, let us know, we can assist you!.

    Participation Fees:

    The regular participation fee is £50. (There are discounts for groups) Those who are students or with financial difficulties have the option of applying for scholarships! Please write us a message. :)

    The extended participation fee also includes 4 follow-up sessions during one month (one weekly) for £65.

    The personalized participation fee in addition to the above, includes 2 personalized coaching sessions for £80.

    Those who wish to financially support the activities we do, we have an annual membership of £500 that includes free access to all online courses, online retreats and all other online events for a year valued at more than 1000 pounds.

  • Tuesday´s Group Meditations

    Meditation Group Every Tuesday 19:00hrs UK time...

    Every Tuesday we meet online over Zoom to benefit from a guided meditation. Participants propose a meditation that has not been done before and we prepare it for the next session. All these meditations are available for download on our courses and retreats web pages; the meditations are organized by topics. Below we provide 3 basic meditations for you to start learning our meditation style and be ready four our live meditation session, it will be much easier for you when you participate next Tuesday.

    Our spirituality grows as we reconnect with our Inner Being and dissolve the negative patterns of our subconscious mind, which are like clouds that do not let the rays of the sun pass through to earth. Best wishes!

    All available meditations have been created to help people awaken their connection with their Higher Self or Inner Self. You can share all these meditations among your relatives, friends and colleagues at work! The more people can practice, the more we raise our collective consciousness!

    It is recommended a daily meditation practice at least once a day, ideally twice (early morning and at night before going to sleep).
